Princeton vs. Cambridge-Isanti

Princeton finished its four game week taking on Cambridge-Isanti. The Tigers fell 2-1 in another close game. The loss moves Princeton to 1-10 on the season. The Tigers now look to the upcoming week where they will play Becker, Detroit Lakes and Monticello looking to end their losing streak.

CROSS COUNTRY

Princeton and Milaca both took on the Milaca Mega meet this previous weekend. The two teams battled the rain to still race in the largest meet in the nation. Ryan Young was able to place top 10 in his respective race with a time of 17:45. Lexi Duscher also ran well on her way to a seventh place finish. She ran a 20:38 5K. Brittany Hansen placed 30th in her race with a time of 21:42.

The Tigers and Wolves are both back in action at the Foley Falcon Invitational on Sep. 26.

The Princeton girls tennis team had a busy week going 1-1 in its meets. The Tigers fell to Chisago Lakes 4-3 but were able to bounce back to defeat Monticello 7-0. Princeton now sits at 9-5 on the year with a 4-1 record in conference play as it aims to repeat as conference champs. The team was back in action on Sep. 24 as they took on Cambridge-Isanti.
