The Princeton girls’ golf program showed progress yet again during the Mississippi 8 Conference meet on May 23 at Riverwood National Golf Course in Monticello.

The wet and windy conditions were hard to navigate but the Tiger’s Kelsey Dorr was able to earn a top 15 finish as she shot a 180 for her two rounds.

Dorr was able to earn an all-conference honorable mention due to her strong season.

Head Coach Derek Hasselberg was happy with the way his team played. “The girls continue to show improvement.” Said Hasselberg. “We have a group of girls that enjoys playing and competing”

Princeton finished ninth overall in the meet.

St. Michael Albertville took home the conference title.

The Tigers were back in action on May 28 as section play began.
