I worked with Bill at First District. He was a good man. He will be greatly missed. I’m so sorry for your loss. My thoughts and prayers to you all during this difficult time.

Hello Bill's family and our most sincere sympathy. We are Richard and Carol Heath and moved next door to Bill this past summer. We became "neighbors" in just a matter of days, but were still getting acquainted. We had many backyard conversations and exchanged books but he never accepted a piece of rhubarb dessert or apple crisp, saying "Naw I don't eat that stuff!". News of the accident shocked the entire street. He was well thought of by all and we will miss seeing him "cooling down" or biking off to work. Please reach out if we can be of help or offer advice or references on who to call or contact in Litchfield. I believe Bill had our phone number but it is 320-693-3918.

Hello--we are Richard and Carol Heath and moved next door to Bill late spring. We were still getting to know each other , shared many conversations, books, kept an eye on each other's houses. Although he never accepted a piece of rhubarb or apple crisp saying "naw, I don't eat that stuff!" Bill was well thought of on our street and certainly will be missed. What a shock. We know he has friends here in town, however, if we can be of any help or reference, please call. Think Bill had our number, but it is 320-693-3918. Our sincere sympathy to all.
