A 28-year-old Minneapolis man was killed Friday night on U.S. Highway 169 in Baldwin Township in a single-vehicle rollover crash, according information released by the Minnesota State Patrol.
Michael Patrick Sween was driving a 1998 Toyota Land Cruiser southbound on U.S. 169 just south of 313th Avenue shortly before 7 p.m. when he swerved to miss hitting another vehicle, the State Patrol reported.
The Land Cruiser swerved to the right, left the roadway and rolled multiple times. The vehicle’s airbag did not deploy, according to the State Patrol.
The Sherburne County Sheriff’s Office, Princeton Police Department, the Northeast Sherburne Fire & Rescue Department, Minnesota Department of Natural Resources, and North Ambulance joined the Minnesota State Patrol at the scene of the crash.
No additional information about the crash was released by the State Patrol.
