Less than two hours remain for Milaca School District voters to cast Election Day ballots that will determine the status of two important education funding questions.
The District 912 school board is seeking to increase its general education revenue via a funding increase of $290.95 per student for its operating levy.
The board also wants voters to approve a $5.1 million bond referendum for technical education facility improvements and capital maintenance projects, which include roofing replacements, pool maintenance, window upgrades, and security.
The only place to vote is at Milaca City Hall. Polls will close at 8 p.m. tonight. Stay with the Union-Times for the latest and updated online referendum election results this evening.
