The Premier Real Estate team cuts the ceremonial ribbon on Thursday afternoon’s grand opening of their Princeton office. Owners Noel (seen with scissors) and his wife, Cindy Johnson (to Noel’s right) both grew up in Princeton and are eager for the opportunity to give back to the community they grew up in by continuing their philanthropic efforts and supporting local area events. Shown left to right are Robert Barbian with the City of Princeton, Tiffanie Matzeyev of Premier, Chris Jacques of Premier, Paul Whitcomb with the city, owners Noel and Cindy Johnson, Scott Minks of Premier, Paul Klebs of Premier, and chamber members Mike Cassens and Troy Minske.

Premier Real Estate Services has found new residence in Princeton after moving one of their offices from Milaca.

The company moved into the space at 113 Rum River Drive S., next door to the well-known K-Bob Cafe.

Noel and Cindy Johnson, founders and owners of the St. Cloud-based company, are excited to get back to their roots.

The couple grew up in Princeton, and Cindy said at the grand opening on Thursday “it feels a little nostalgic” to be back in Princeton.

Noel said the hometown community, having grown up in the area and being familiar contributed to why he felt compelled to bring his company to Princeton. He said he “is excited to be a part of the community and to be able to give back.”

Premier Real Estate Services takes pride as a company in its philanthropy and sponsorship efforts.

The company has locations in St. Cloud, Hutchinson, Litchfield, Little Falls, Maple Grove and now Princeton, covering mostly central Minnesota, including Elk River, Zimmerman, Cambridge, Milaca and Foley. Between all of its offices, the company, which will turn 16 years old this December, has a staff of over 100 people and had over 1,600 sales last year.
