On September 26, 2018, the National Right to Life Committee sent a letter of endorsement to U.S. Senatorial Candidate James Newberger. In that letter, the Committee wrote, “You are a strong advocate for life. You support pro-life legislation, including the Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act, which would protect unborn children by prohibiting abortion at 20 weeks, a point by which the unborn child is capable of experiencing great pain when being killed by dismemberment or other late term abortion methods. You oppose the use of federal funds for abortion. In contrast, your opponent, Amy Klobuchar, supports a policy of abortion on demand. She even voted against protecting unborn children who can feel pain during late abortions. And Amy Klobuchar voted for taxpayer funding of abortion providers.”

Voters, please consider this in making a wise choice for your vote on our next U.S. Senator. Deuteronomy 30: 19 reads, “I call heaven and earth to witness against you today, that I have set before you life and death, the blessing and the curse. So choose life in order that you may live, you and your descendants…” Like Amy Klobuchar, Emy Minzel, candidate for House District 15A, has publicly declared her advocacy for abortion. Finally, as a social and cultural historian and former professor of history, trained in genocide studies with extensive research into the Holocaust, I write this appeal to us as a clarion call of our grave responsibility to remember the 60,000,000 unborn Americans who have been killed in a social genocide. Leftists have debated and denied the unborn’s personhood since Roe vs. Wade was argued before the Supreme Court in January of 1973. The unborn child’s personhood was invalidated by the high court of the land. –Respectfully and humbly submitted,

Kelly-Jo Herwig, Milaca
