Harlyn Jerome Hubers went home to be with Jesus on September 4, 2017. He was at his home in Naples, Florida and was surrounded by family until the time of his passing. He was 83 years old.

Harlyn was born in Milaca, Minnesota on March 12, 1934 to Albert and Lillian Hubers. He enjoyed an illustrious business career and spent the last 23 years of his professional career with the Pillsbury Company where he led their Industrial Foods division. He loved and excelled at gardening and investing and was a veteran of the United States Army.

He was the loving husband of JoAnn Hubers for 31 years, inspirational father to sons Brett Hubers and Brian (Tanya) Hubers and stepchildren Keith Pappas and Kristin (Jamie) Fisher and beloved Pop-pop to grandchildren Annika, Elise, Ashton, Leyton and Nicholas. He is also survived by his nieces, nephew and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Darlene Hanenburg.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be directed to The Wounded Warrior Project or The American Heart Association.

A memorial service is being planned for March of 2018 at Sycamore Presbyterian Church in Cincinnati, Ohio, Harlyn's church home for over 31 years.
