To the editor:
The inclination from those on the Left to accept our new neighbors from abroad unconditionally, and with wanton disregard as to how they gained access to the country (U.S. Rep. Ilhan Omar), or just how under-qualified they are (U.S. Reps. Rashida Tlaib and Ayanna Pressley) is reaping a poor harvest and costing the American taxpayer tens of millions in wasted salaries and office expenditures. If you follow the actions of three freshmen congresswomen, you’ll get my drift.
Whether it was lying about one’s marital status to aid a loved one from deportation, calling our long-term terrorist foes: “friends,” or just hijacking public and congressional debate as to the electoral legitimacy and authority of our commander and chief — these congresswomen with roots to Somalia and Gaza have taken full advantage of America’s benevolence to aid the tired and poor from off-shore, to the detriment of preserving the rule of law and decorum – all while drawing undeserved attention to themselves. Give them credit, they’re achieving their objectives as the American media serves as their public relations vehicle.
It’s time for a deep and very public dive and exposure of Omar, Pressley, Tlaib and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez. If a political witch hunt of a sitting president can be capitalized with tax dollars and allowed to fester for three years, then certainly we can ask how these underwhelming women have managed to suck the air out of Congress and lead us down a pathway to nowhere. Oh, and where by the way is our congresswoman, Angie Craig, in all of this — nowhere!
