Trinity School at River Ridge has been named a National Blue Ribbon School with the designation of Exemplary High Performing School. Trinity School at River Ridge first received this honor in 1996 and then again in 2008. As of today Trinity School at River Ridge is the only high school in Minnesota to receive this award three times.

The announcement of the 2019 National Blue Ribbon Schools was made today by Betsy DeVos, the U.S. secretary of education. The Department of Education describes the National Blue Ribbon award as an “award (that) affirms the hard work of students, educators, families, and communities in creating safe and welcoming schools where students master challenging content.”

The designation of Exemplary High Performing School is given to non-public schools where “student achievement in English and mathematics is among the highest in the country (top 15 percent), measured by state assessments or nationally normed tests.”

Trinity School at River Ridge is a Christian school in Eagan that serves sixth- through 12th-grade students from throughout the Twin Cities.
