The 360 Communities’ Miesville Fifty-Six Gravel Ride fundraiser took place Sunday, April 30, amidst the cold, sleet, and rain. The annual ride begins and ends in Miesville and runs 56 miles through the rolling hills of the surrounding farm country. Five hundred riders signed up, contributing a $56 donation each. About half the riders braved the poor weather and rode the event. The Burnsville nonprofit had several volunteers during the event, helping with rider check-ins and providing refreshments. Between registrations and T-shirt sales, the event raised about $28,000 to support 360 Communities’ mission of delivering safety and stability that improves lives.
