The Think GREAT Foundation and the Lakeville Area Chamber of Commerce will host the Homefront Heroes Luncheon 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Monday, Nov. 11 at the Holiday Inn, 20800 Kenrick Ave., Lakeville.

The event honors Minnesota military spouses. This program will include:

Posting of the colors by the color guard; vocal performance by the Lakeville North Now and Then Singers; special guest, Cmd. Sgt. Maj. (retired) Douglas Wortham, Minnesota National Guard; guest speaker Brig. Gen. Sandra L. Best, Minnesota National Guard Chief of Staff-Air.

During the event scholarships will be award to homefront heroes.

Dakota Gardeners The Dakota Gardeners November meeting will feature Jenn Hovland, owner of Fleur de Louise Flower Studio in Stillwater at 7 p.m. Nov. 20 at South St. Paul High School, 700 Second St. N., South St. Paul. She will show decorating ideas using fresh and dried natural materials. The public is welcome to attend.
