Voters living in the Wayzata School District are heading to the polls, which will be open until 8 p.m. today, to cast their votes in the 2019 General Election. On the ballot this year is the race for Wayzata School Board.

Eight candidates are seeking election to four at-large seats on the board. The candidates include Emily Fair, Seanne Falconer, Vishala Kamojjala, Bindu Moram, Sheila Prior and incumbents Bonita Lucky, Linda Cohen and Cheryl Polzin.

The elected school board members’ terms will begin in January. The board has seven members who are elected to four-year terms.

Election results will be posted online this evening at sailor.mnsun.com
