St. Louis Park will host a meeting about its proposed efficient buildings program 7:30 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 12, in the St. Louis Park City Hall Council Chambers, 5005 Minnetonka Blvd.

The meeting is intended for property owners, building managers and community members to learn about the proposed program, which would require commercial, multifamily and public buildings with more than 25,000 square feet of space to report annual whole-building energy and water use. Technical assistance would be provided for property owners, and city resources would be offered based on feedback from businesses.

The presentation will be recorded and available for viewing on the city’s YouTube channel, youtube.com/user/slpcable.
