To the Editor:

I am writing about the copay cap for life-saving prescription drugs bill. My son Jesy died because he could not afford his insulin. I am determined to see that no other person has to ration their insulin because they can’t afford it. In this state we should be taking steps to care for our people and their health. I am proud to say that I live in Minnesota, and we passed the Alec Smith Insulin Affordability Act, which has already helped hundreds of people.
