- Dispatched to report of a complaint in the pick up area of Target in the 300 block of Clydesdale Trail. Reporting party stated while waiting she began speaking with a male who was also waiting. Male invited her to sit in his vehicle which she declined. Party concerned the male was intoxicated and may have put a tracker on her car. Both parties had left the area prior to Target employee speaking with them about the complaint.
