Dayton Elementary School is installing Phase I of its new playground this spring and are fundraising for Phase II by selling personalized, engraved bricks that will be installed outside the cafeteria.
According to school alumni and current parent of school student, the fund raiser is a way to permanently show appreciation and recognize time at Dayton elementary.
The Dayton Elementary PTO aims to sell over 800 bricks by the end of the 2023-24 school year to create a new patio on the east side of the building, near the little library. Installation of the patio and Phase II of the playground will depend on sales.
Bricks are available in 4x8 for $125 and 8x8 for $250. Logos and text vary with design choices.
The Dayton PTO thanks those people for their contribution to the school and the community.
