Billy Jace Hensley, 40, Little Falls, is facing a felony charge in Morrison County District Court for allegedly violating his predatory offender registration requirements.
Due to a second degree criminal sexual conduct conviction in Crow Wing County, Hensley is required to register and inform law enforcement if he has a change of address at least five days prior to moving.
Hensley’s most recent address on record was at a home in Little Falls.
On Sept. 3, the Little Falls Police Department was informed by the Nisswa Police Department that Hensley was allegedly living out of his car in the Nisswa area.
Police spoke with the owner of the home Hensley had been staying at, who allegedly said she had kicked Hensley out of the house several weeks prior.
If convicted, Hensley could face up to five years in prison and/or a $10,000 fine.
