Morrison County Attorney Brian Middendorf and his staff have filed gross misdemeanor complaints against the following individuals:

• James Joseph Heinz, 27, Pierz — In connection with a July 11 incident, Heinz was charged with fourth degree assault, obstructing the legal process with force and a misdemeanor for property damage.

• Dale Kenneth Kuhl, 57, Pierz — In connection with a July 11 incident, Kuhl was charged with two counts of DWI.

• Jennifer Lynn Johnson, 40, Little Falls — In connection with a July 21 incident, Johnson was charged with fourth degree assault and third degree property damage.

• David Scott Anderson Jr., 34, Pine City — In connection with a July 18 incident, Anderson was charged with two counts of second degree DWI and one count of obstructing the legal process with force.

• Jacqueline Nicole Black, 33, Verndale — In connection with a July 17 incident, Black was charged with possessing a firearm illegally and transporting a firearm illegally.

• Kenneth Isaiah Mundt, 30, Little Falls — In connection with a July 17 incident, Mundt was charged with two counts of second degree DWI and a misdemeanor for driving after revocation.

The court will set their appearance dates.
