Ryan Thomas Kliber, 27, Swanville, was convicted of felony first degree drug sale in Morrison County District Court, Wednesday.
The charge stemmed from incidents in January and February 2018, when a confidential informant purchased controlled substances from Kliber.
The substances tested positive as cocaine and weighed 17 grams.
Kliber was sentenced to 90 days in jail and was given credit for five days served. Kliber may be allowed to participate in the sentence to serve program and/or work release if approved by the Morrison County Sheriff’s Office, court documents said.
He was also sentenced to 30 years of supervised probation and was fined $905, including $770 in restitution.
