Morrison County Attorney Brian Middendorf and his staff have filed gross misdemeanor complaints against the following individuals:

• Jared James Plafcan, 25, Fort Ripley — In connection with a June 25 incident, Plafcan has been charged with two counts of third degree DWI.

• Paul John Krebs, 32, Little Falls — In connection with an April 21 incident, Krebs has been charged with two counts of third degree DWI.

• Randell Earl Oatis, 53, Little Falls — In connection with a May 26 incident, Oatis has been charged with two counts of third degree DWI.

• Jory Lane Neelan, 32, Homeless — In connection with an April 8 incident, Neelan has been charged with domestic abuse-violate order for protection.

• Joe Allen Miller Jr., 26, Bertha — In connection with an April 16 incident, Miller has been charged with check forgery.

• Christopher Anthony Grazzini, 39, Excelsior — In connection with an April 19 incident, Grazzini has been charged with driving after his driver’s license was canceled inimical to public safety.

The court will set their appearance dates.
