A felony charge for allegedly aiding an offender to avoid arrest against John James Lehmann, 31, Cushing, was dismissed in Morrison County District Court, Wednesday.
He was convicted of a misdemeanor charge for obstructing the legal process.
Lehmann was accused of warning an individual that law enforcement was at a residence to arrest them and then lying to law enforcement about their location.
Lehmann pleaded guilty to obstructing the legal process, a misdemeanor.
He was sentenced to 90 days in jail and was fined $135.
