The following people, charged with a gross misdemeanor or misdemeanor level crime in Morrison County District Court, have recently been sentenced:

Gross Misdemeanors:

• Randell Earl Oatis, 53, Little Falls (offense: 5/26/19) — third degree DWI, fined $415 and sentenced to one day in jail and supervised probation for four years. Dismissed against Oatis was one gross misdemeanor charge for third degree DWI.

• Michael Eugene Cameron, 48, Little Falls (offense: 2/4/19) — driving after cancellation, fined $385 and sentenced to four days in jail and supervised probation for two years.

• David Maurice Collins, 26, Little Falls (offense: 8/11/19) — give peace officer false name, fined $135 and sentenced to three days in jail and probation to the court for one year.

Misdemeanors

• Deziree Storm Coffelt, 22, (offense: 9/1/19) Holdingford, give peace officer false name, fined $135 and sentenced to three days in jail and probation to the court for one year.

• Devon Adam Denny, 28, Little Falls (offense: 7/22/19) – theft, fined $146.98 and sentenced to probation to the court for one year.

• Tiona R. Johnson, 27, Minneapolis (offense: 5/14/19) — disorderly conduct, fined $135 and sentenced to two days in jail and supervised probation for one year.

• Tyler Paul Yetzer Tucker, 21 (offense: 7/26/19) — theft, fined $136.59 and sentenced to two days in jail and unsupervised probation for one year.

• Nicholas Anthony Herold, 21, Buckman (offense: 7/23/19) — fourth degree DWI, fined $385 and sentenced to one day in jail and supervised probation for two years. Dismissed against Herold was one gross misdemeanor count of third degree DWI.

• Ashley Ann Meyer, 21, Foley (offense: 6/2/19) — theft, fined $615 and sentenced to probation to the court for one year.

• Randall Allen Van Norman, 57, Swanville (offense: 7/11/19) — DWI, fined $410 and sentenced to two days in jail and supervised probation for two years.
