Allina Heart Safe Communities Program recently delivered 85 new Zoll Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) to the Wright County Sheriff’s Office. Carol Frazee, Renee Hamdorff and Susan Robinson from the Heart Safe program coordinated the delivery of these units to be placed in patrol cars and county buildings. Tim Dahl and Judy Ashley, with others from Wright County, received the shipment. Dr. Charles Lick, Medical Director and founder of the Heart Safe Program, was present and shared stories of how AEDs save lives when someone goes into sudden cardiac arrest.
