No one was hurt today in a fire at the Woodlund Mobile Home Park, but at the time of publishing, firefighters from several area communities were still cleaning up the aftermath.

According to the Forest Lake Fire Department, a call came in reporting a fire in one of the mobile homes on 61B Street in the park shortly after 10 a.m. on July 26. Forest Lake firefighters received mutual aid from the Centennial, Scandia, Wyoming, Hugo and Lino Lakes fire departments, along with the Forest Lake Police Department, North Ambulance and the Red Cross.

The cause of the fire is still under investigation. Firefighters were on the scene for several hours fighting the blaze, and at the time of publishing, the fire was out but firefighters were still onsite to make sure that conditions would not allow for the fire to start again. More information will be posted as it becomes available.
