The Forest Lake Early Childhood Family Education program held its annual UnScary Halloween party at the new education center the evening of Oct. 24. The event included fun activities for preschool age children, such as crafts, story times, games and activities, and candy and snacks. Children pounded golf tees into pumpkins, blew spiders down webs, and ran through an obstacle course. Members of Forest Lake Area High School’s National Honor Society helped man the activities, including a temporary tattoo and faceprinting station.
