A local turf expert and Minnesota water steward Jack MacKenzie will host a class about how to maintain and protect local rivers and lakes while tending to your lawn. The event will be held in the library’s Headwaters Service Center 1203 and 1204 rooms. Registration is not required but preferred, and can be done at the website below.
Drawstring bag kits
Wednesday, May 11, 9:30 a.m. to 8 p.m.
The library will offer make-and-take drawstring bag kits for children ages 5 to 12 to work on at their homes. The kits will have fabric and materials to sew into a bag. Registration is not required.
Criminal expungement class
Wednesday, May 11, 1 to 3 p.m.
A volunteer criminal attorney will visit Hardwood Creek Library to help attendees go through legal documents they want to seal or criminal expungement forms. Registration is not required. Attendees should bring all required documents with them.
