The Elk River Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, August 22, 2017, at 6:30 p.m. at Elk River City Hall, 13065 Orono Parkway, to consider a request by Douglas Warneke for Preliminary and Final Plat approval to subdivide 2 existing lots to create 1 additional lot (DHJ plat), Case No. P 17-13.
The Elk River City Council will also conduct a public hearing concerning this matter on Monday, September 18, 2017, at 6:00 pm. at Elk River City Hall, 13065 Orono Parkway.
General description of the subject property is the southwest corner of the intersection of Holt Avenue and 8th Street. Legal description of the subject property is those parts of Outlot No. 2, Lot 1, Block 4 and Lot 6, Block 1, NORTH TERRACE ADDITION as described, Sherburne County, MN.
