•12 flour tortillas
•4 - 5 c. chicken or turkey (skinless, boned and cooked)
•1/2 c. mild + 1/2 c. hot chopped green chiles (adjust to taste)
•1 c. sour cream
•1 brick monterey jack cheese
•Black olives, mushrooms, onions (optional)
•1 can of cream of chicken soup mixed with 1 can of cream of celery or mushroom soup (don’t add water)
Line bottom of 13-by-9-inch pan with half of tortillas. Mix soup, sour cream, chilis, olives, mushrooms and onions in bowl. Layer chicken or turkey, half of cheese and half of soup mixture. Repeat layer starting with tortillas. Bake at 350° for 30 - 45 minutes.
