•2 c. diced cauliflower

•3/4 c. celery, diced

•1 c. diced broccoli

•3 - 4 small carrots, sliced

•4-6 raw green onions, sliced

Dressing:

•1 Tbsp. sugar

•3/4 c. Miracle Whip

•1/4 c. milk

•Salt and vinegar to taste

Refrigerate all raw vegetables to crisp. Combine dressing ingredients and pour over vegetables 30 minutes before serving.
