•3 c. sugar

•2 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, not drained

•3 c. water

•1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries

•3 bananas

•1 cantaloupe

•Juice of 3 lemons     


•1 pt. strawberries


Combine sugar and water in large saucepan; bring to a boil Add frozen strawberries, lemon and orange juice and pineapple with juice, mix well. Add bananas, cantaloupe (cut in balls) and strawberries. Pour into a 13-by-9-inch pan. Sprinkle blueberries over all, freeze overnight. Before serving, let stand at room temperature for 35 to 45 minutes until slushy. Spoon into dishes. Pour 7-Up over and serve. Use any fresh fruit you choose - honeydew, nectarines, peaches, watermelon, cherries, raspberries. Serves 20.
