The East Central Regional Arts Council (ECRAC) has relocated its office and gallery to Hinckley at “Tobies Mill.”

They are located next to the Antique Mall south of Tobies Restaurant at 109 Weber Ave. Join them in celebrating their new office and gallery. They are also honoring the 10 year anniversary of the Minnesota Arts and Cultural Heritage Fund (ACHF).

The Open House will take place from 2-4 p.m. on Sept. 28. The Artwork on display will be from ECRAC’s permanent collection. A presentation will be made at 3:30 p.m. honoring those artists and the impact of the ACHF grantees from Region 7E (the counties of Chisago, Isanti, Kanabec, Mille Lacs and Pine) ECRAC’s mission is to support the arts and bring the life enhancing values they afford to all Region 7E residents. This art show and celebration is free and open to the public.

This activity is made possible by the McKnight Foundation and also the voters of Minnesota thanks to a legislative appropriation from the arts and cultural heritage fund.
