The delinquent parcel(s) were bid in for the state on May 9, 2016 at the tax judgment sale for the year 2015. The time for redemption from forfeiture expires if a redemption is not made within 60 days after service of this notice on all persons having an interest in the lands of record at the office of the county recorder or registrar of titles. Please contact the Auditors office for your full amount to redeem based on the date you will actually make payment. The time for redemption of the parcels of real property listed above from the tax judgment sale will expire 60 days after service of this notice and the filing of proof thereof in the County Auditors office, or August 31,2019, whichever is later. The redemption must be made in the County Auditors Office.
