amend Article 13, Definitions to add
IMPERVIOUS SURFACE and to
amend Article 3 to establish standards for the use of porous pavers
in the Shoreland District in the Development Ordinance.
Request by Mille Lacs County to
Amend Provision 3-121 of the Subsurface Sewage Treatment System
Ordinance to require 4:1 finished
slopes on systems.
