6 and 19, and an outdoor storage
area located at May Investment
Properties, LLC d/b/a Cedar Lake
Storage, 43928 State Highway 210,
Aitkin, Minnesota 56431 pursuant
to Minnesota Statute § 514.973.
The property to be sold consists
primarily of assorted household
goods and furnishings, a recreational vehicle, and totes, bags, and
laundry baskets of miscellaneous
clothing and household goods. All
of these items are pre-owned, in
used condition, and are not new.
This is a legal notice that the above
described personal property will be
sold at public auction to the highest cash bidders by May Investment Properties, LLC d/b/a Cedar
Lake Storage on May 31, 2022 at
8:30 a.m. at its storage facility located at 43928 State Highway
210, Aitkin, Minnesota 56431. Mr.
Randy Neff, owner of the personal property, owes May Investment
Properties, LLC d/b/a Cedar Lake
Storage the amount of $1,840.00
for storage costs that May Investment Properties, LLC furnished for
this personal property. On the date
of the sale, the total sum due and
owing to May Investment Properties, LLC d/b/a Cedar Lake Storage
will be $1,840.00, which includes
the additional storage charges that
will have accrued from the date of
this notice to the date of the sale.
This Notice of Sheriffs Sale is provided pursuant to Minnesota Statute 514.973. If this amount is not
paid in full via cashier’s check by
the date of the sale, the personal
property will be sold at the sale to
the highest bidders.
