CITY OF MAPLE GROVE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING APPLICATION FOR NEW ON-SALE WINE AND 3.2% MALT LIQUOR LICENSE TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: A public hearing will be held by the Maple Grove City Council on Monday, June 17 at 7:30 p.m. at the Maple Grove Government Center/Public Safety Facility, 12800 Arbor Lakes Parkway, to consider the application of an On-Sale Wine and 3.2% Malt Liquor License for MKS Dine LLC dba Pizza Karma, 11660 Fountains Drive, Maple Grove, Minnesota. If the said license were approved by the City Council it would be issued by the City Clerk upon approval by the Alcohol and Gambling Enforcement Division of the Minnesota Department of Public Safety and would expire June 30, 2020. The said public hearing will be held pursuant to the City of Maple Grove Ordinance Code, Chapter 4, Article I. On-Sale Wine Liquor License, Section 4-15. All persons who wish to be heard regarding the issuance of said license should be present and will have an opportunity to be heard at said public hearing.
