Saturday, Aug. 15, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Sunday, Aug. 16, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Oliver Kelley Farm, 15788 Kelley Farm Road, Elk River. Help make pickles and vinegar at the historic farmstead and discover how pickles were stored in the root cellar. Then, sample a variety of modern pickles from around the world in the Learning Kitchen and make a jar of refrigerator pickles to take home for an additional fee.
