Need to Keep Your Kids Busy this Summer?

Anoka, MN – Rumriver Art Center is offering over 30 Kids Summer Art Camps in 2020. The camps provide a stimulating environment for young artists to grow as creative, unique individuals and to learn how to solve problems visually. Campers get to work on a variety of fun projects and participate in the joys of making art with friends, experimenting with painting, drawing, mixed-media, sculpture, clay and much more! Each session has a new focus so students that enroll in both sessions of a camp encounter all new studio projects. RRAC is also offering Teen Summer Art Camps just for teens ages 13-17.

You can sign up for morning camps, afternoon camps, and/or all-day camps. We offer a wide variety of camps and one is sure to spark interest in your child. The camps include hand-built pottery, animal drawing, wheel throwing pottery, anime, Harry Potter, sculpture, mosaic art, Star Wars, nature art, story book creation, polymer clay, screen printing, portrait drawing, Pokemon, and more! Registration is open! Sign up today!

All camps take place at the Rumriver Art Center (2665 4th Ave, Suite 103, Anoka, MN 55303). Summer camps begin the week of June 15 and run until right before school starts in the fall. Visit to view the art camp schedule and descriptions of all the different camps.

You can also attend one of our Summer Camp Open Houses to get a feel for what summer camp is all about. There you can meet the instructors, watch free demos, tour the art center, and more! The open houses are Saturday, March 14 and Sunday, April 19 from 12:00pm-1:00pm and 1:30pm-2:30pm. We hope to see you here!
