As our February community outreach event, the Columbia Heights Police Dept is hosting its first-ever Red Cross Blood Drive on Wed, Feb 26 from 10 AM to 4 PM in our training room at 825 41st Ave NE.  This is a great opportunity to make a blood donation and visit with employees of the police department to ask questions or share concerns.

We’re excited to be partnering with the Red Cross on this event. They tell us there’s a critical need for blood this time of year, and we can all be part of something important when we give back to the community by donating blood.

For an appointment please visit RedCrossBlood.org and use the code “CHPD” or call 1-800-Red Cross.  If you prefer, you can contact Becky at the CHPD office (763-706-8123) and she’ll get you signed up.
