Visitors gathered near Andover City Hall to have some family fun July 12-13.

Andover Family Fun Fest drew visitors to fields of booths, inflatables and the parade along Crosstown Boulevard.

The first day saw visitors meandering among booths being entertained by self-described one man orchestra David Gerald Sutton — who created complicated musical pieces using primarily a violin.

Across the road from the regular food and festivities booths, the festival set up numerous inflatable play structures for kids to climb, slide, jump and duck on.

The second annual medallion hunt ended successfully with Stephanie Gerlach locating the emblem and winning $500 from Premier Banks. Gerlach intends to donate the money, according to Andover city staff but could not be reached for comment before deadline.
