Club Pilates celebrated the studio’s grand opening March 29 in Blaine.

Club Pilates has over 400 locations across the country. This is the company’s 10th location in Minnesota.

“With there being no other Pilates studios we wanted to bring health and wellness to the Blaine area,” said Topher Nelson, owner of Club Pilates Blaine. “We think Club Pilates is really a great addition to an already amazing area, and we’re excited to bring this opportunity to the people of Blaine.”

The studio had a soft opening in mid-February.

“The main goal of Club Pilates is to provide a full-body workout in a low-impact manner,” said general manager Kristin Montpetit.

The studio has five instructors who teach individual or group workouts. Club Pilates also has five additional staff members.

Club Pilates primarily uses a Pilates Reformer apparatus that offers over 500 types of exercises. Other specialized equipment includes the EXO-Chair, Bosu Ball, TRX Suspension Trainer, springboards and more. For individual training the studio also supplies Clinical or Cadillac Reformers.

“We are able to give you a workout from head to toe that will get you stronger and leaner while at the same time improving your flexibility, stability and balance,” Montpetit said. “Pilates does this by strengthening all your muscles, especially your core.”

The studio offers more than 45 classes at various levels throughout the day and week. Group classes have 12 spots, which can be reserved on the Club Pilates app.

The Club Pilates is located at 10945 Club W. Pkwy. NE, Blaine in suite 150.

Club Pilates is open seven days a week.
