Anoka hosted its annual Grande Day Parade in the city on Oct. 29. Ghosts, ghouls and goblins — along with the Scooby Doo gang — made an appearance along the parade route.

Many high school and middle school marching bands joined the festivities, and so did representatives from various area veterans organizations.
