A 22-year-old Rogers woman, Carrie A. Lorman, was killed in a traffic accident late Tuesday night on snowy roads in Maple Grove.

The Minnesota State Patrol says the victim braked for a stalled vehicle on Interstate 94 and swerved to the right, then went down an embankment and overturned in a creek. Reports indicate the car was in the water for 25 minutes. The woman was rushed to a hospital where she died Wednesday morning. See more in Elizabeth Nelson's Star News story.
