Houston County receives $18,000 federal grant for H1N1 program

Houston County’s planning and implementation of an impending H1N1 epidemic and vaccination clinics received a boost from the federal government last week.

County Public Health Nursing Director Deb Rock informed the county board her department received an additional $18,000 to be used to battle a potential H1N1 outbreak. See more in Editor Charlie Warner's Caledonia Argus story.
