Homeowners struggling to make mortgage payments are now able to meet with a counselor at the Hugo City Hall. 

Appointments will be scheduled the second and fourth Wednesdays of each month, 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Next sessions will be held Wednesday, Oct. 14. Homeowners from the northern region of Washington County have requested appointments closer to home.  As a result, the Washington County HRA is partnering with the city of Hugo to provide a satellite office at City Hall, which is located 14669 Fitzgerald Avenue North in Hugo.
