Students at Forest Lake High School competing in The Stock Market GameTM (SMG) this fall learned both the struggles and the dividends of investing. 

As they navigated their way through market fluctuations, students came away from the experience armed with sound financial knowledge, and perhaps a little extra virtual “cash” as well. See more in Jennifer Larson's Forest Lake Times story.

Students Brad Finley, Bianca Rivas and Michael Burger were on the winning team in a stock market simulation competition at Forest Lake High School. A total of 25 student teams from the school’s personal money management class competed with other high schoolers from all across the Midwest.
