For the traditional Swede, nothing says “Holidays in Minnesota” more clearly than the heavenly aroma of lutefisk wafting through the air.

The Gammelgarden Museum is serving up a culinary delight sure to bring joy to every cod-loving Scandinavian taste bud in the North land. The annual lutefisk dinner will be served on Thursday, Nov. 19 at Elim Lutheran Church in Scandia at 11:30 a.m., and at 1, 2:30, 4 and 5:30 p.m. See more in Forest Lake Times.
