Vote to leave ELCA fails at two Little Falls churches

First Lutheran congregation members voted overwhelmingly against cutting ties with its national assembly, the Evangelical Lutheran Churches in America (ELCA), after the ELCA voted in August to allow homosexuals in committed relationships to serve as clergy.
