Law enforcement agencies are still investigating a vehicle-bicycle collision that killed a 55-year-old Fridley man Friday night near Northtown Mall. The man was attempting to cross County Road 10 at Jefferson Street when he was struck by the vehicle, an Anoka County Sheriff’s Office news release stated.
