Donald R. Heinzman, one of the organizers of the Three Rivers Community Foundation and a board member, has been named the second winner of the Foundation’s Lifetime Achievement Award.
He joins Chuck Christian of Rogers who was the first recipient. The award will be given to Heinzman at the foundation’s second fund-raising annual gala Nov. 5 at Rockwoods Banquet Center in Otsego. Funds will go toward granting scholarships to high school students in the school district 728 and for grants to worthy local organizations. See more in Star News.
